I’m Ken, an automotive technician. I studied Automotive technology in Sri Lanka and Singapore. In the early 2000’s, I started my career as an automotive technician In a AUDI, VOLKSWAGEN and SKODA dealership in Kuwait. I also went to Volkswagen training in Dubai, Bahrain, and Germany.

Afterwards, I moved to Singapore where I was lucky enough to join Singapore’s first Volkswagen dealership where I worked as a senior Technician. There I joined the first batch of the Master Technicians Programme in the Asia-Pacific Region where I strengthened my knowledge of Automotive Engineering.

In 2013, I was hired by a Volkswagen dealership in QLD where I worked for five years until my resignation in 2018. The turning point of my career was when I decided to set up the VOX AUTO mobile service, aiming to provide a high standard of workmanship at affordable prices in and around Brisbane. My next step forwards was establishing a shared workshop in Sumner Park (4074) QLD, which allowed me to cater my clients more efficiently and conveniently.
